Run Your Florida Book on the Eureka Platform

Full-time W-2Remote within FloridaLicensed by the Florida Office of Financial RegulationCompany NMLS #2456819

Eureka is the brokerage built by originators who wanted the economics of a broker shop with the stability of a real employer. W-2 with benefits, 25+ wholesale lenders, 11 product paths, and nobody between you and your client. Here is what that means for a Florida originator.

Why Florida

Florida files rarely fit one box: condos with review questions, second homes, self-employed buyers, retirees looking at reverse options, and jumbo purchases along the coasts. Eleven product paths on a panel of more than 25 wholesale investors means the answer is usually a different lender, not a dead file. Eureka Mortgage Planning is licensed in Florida by the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, and our borrower-facing Florida page, with live loan limits and a Florida FAQ, is ready for you to send clients.

There is no Florida branch office yet. You work from your own market, onboarding is remote, and processing is in-house. If you also hold licenses in any of our other nine states, relocating clients stay yours.

The Four Things Producing LOs Ask First

Comp & Split Economics

Splits are negotiated individually with each loan officer. There is no corporate grid, and once agreed, your split is identical whether compensation is lender-paid or borrower-paid. No required per-file fees, no junk deductions.

Lender Access & Product Range

More than 25 approved wholesale investors and 11 product paths: Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, Reverse, Home Equity/Seconds, Land, New Construction, and Private Money. A deal rarely dies because one lender said no.

Marketing & Brand Support

A full brand system behind you: co-branded collateral, automated campaigns, content support, and website calculators your clients will actually use. You originate; the marketing engine runs alongside you.

Autonomy & Speed

Onboarding completes 24 to 48 hours after your license sponsorship is approved, with state approval timing as the variable. In-house processing keeps your files moving. Hybrid work options. Your client stays your client.

W-2 By Choice, With the Calendar Printed

Benefits, Not Just a Split

We chose W-2 over 1099 deliberately, to protect originators: health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with match, E&O coverage, NMLS guidance through licensing and renewals, and hybrid options. Licensing and renewal costs remain your own.

The Payout Calendar, Published

Closings from the 26th of the prior month through the 10th are paid on the 15th. Closings from the 11th through the 25th are paid at month end. LOs always ask; we would rather print it.

Eureka runs on Arive: loan origination, an integrated CRM, a pricing engine, and marketing automation in one stack. Price a scenario, run it against the lender panel, and keep your pipeline where your files live.

The proof clients leave behind. Our originators hold a 5.0-star average across 100 public Google reviews, earned one closing at a time and re-verified September 2026. Read them on the Client Reviews page.

What We Won't Tell You

Three things you will not find on this page. Turn times and pull-through, because those are wholesaler-dependent and quoting them as ours would be theater. Split percentages, because yours is negotiated individually. And income projections, because nobody can promise you production. If a shop is leading with any of those, ask what else is decorative.
