Nicholas started as an accounting major at Santa Clara University, in a family that was already in the mortgage business. The plan was a numbers career. Then the family business showed him what those numbers actually do: they put people in homes and build wealth that outlasts the loan. He entered the industry in 2009, fell in love with helping people build wealth through homeownership, and never looked back.
He became a licensed originator in 2013 (NMLS #948776) and a California real estate broker in 2017 (DRE #02027814). Today, as General Manager and Designated Broker of Eureka Mortgage Planning, he runs the parts of the business most people never see: compliance, operations, technology, and marketing. That focus is deliberate. A brokerage is only as strong as the foundation behind its originators, and Nicholas built Eureka’s so loan officers can spend their time originating.
Nicholas was born and raised in Placer County, and the values he works by came from that community: do right by your neighbors, keep your word, and let the work speak for itself. Away from the office he is a proud husband and father of two. Home is the center of his own life, and that is exactly why he takes what he does for other families so seriously.
If you are an originator wondering whether your business would do better on Eureka’s platform, Nicholas is the one who will walk you through the math. Fifteen minutes, no pitch. And for homebuyers, the invitation is simple: ask anything, understand everything, and never pay a consultation fee.
